Marysville Public Library Patron Digital Card Application

For a digital card, please fill out the following form.  We will contact you with your digital card number and further information.

This is a digital card only. To transfer to a regular Marysville Public Library card, please come into the library with a photo ID with a current address, or a photo ID and a piece of mail (water/electric bill, or change of address form, etc) with your current address on it.

**Please take note; digital cards are only available for patrons 13 years old and older. Patrons 17 years old and younger must have a parent or guardian apply and sign the application for them.
