Online shopping have you spooked? Just before the holiday season, let us help you with some safe shopping tips.
Your Guide to Safe Shopping Online will be presented at the Blue Rapids Public Library, 14 Public Square, at 1 pm on Thursday, November 7.
This class will focus on the Personal Cybersecurity Assessment tool from Consumer Reports. Jerry Horton from Blue Valley Technologies will lead participants through filling it out and going over the recommendations. Recommendations for online commerce will be covered as well – not just shopping online, but also utilities and government agencies.
